Handcrafted with Care — What to Expect
Every piece from Fernanda Sullivan is made by hand using natural materials. Because many of our pieces are made to order, please allow time for your jewelry to be thoughtfully crafted before it ships.
Production & Processing Times
- Made-to-order pieces (including most Acai Bracelet styles): please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.
- In-stock items: orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Shipping begins once your piece is completed and quality-checked. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Carriers used include USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and package size.
International Orders
We currently ship select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery windows vary by destination — typically 10–21 business days after dispatch.
A Note on Handmade Timelines
We never rush our craft. Each bracelet is strung and finished by hand, so production timelines ensure you receive a piece made with full attention and care. If you need a piece by a specific date (such as a gift), please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
